You are correct. It all depends on where you place the blame.

I have it on pretty good authority that a VERY LARGE chunk of the blame rests on SKS's shoulders. The way I understand it, many of the employees feel the same way. Remember where I live. I hear alot, and that is how I make my assessment.

I don't expect you or anyone else to base your opinion on anything I hear or say. At least now, you know where I'm coming from.
