After the reverse merger happens / completed with the new buyers, KGKG inc. existing management will step down and hand over to the NEW reverse merger buyer's new owners, staff / management..
KGKG inc will no longer be part of the reverse merger's management.
New owners, new management and staff.

They cant release sensitive info cause of privacy clause and competition.
