i have and no response.

Simple mgt and conflict of interests question that is not clear.

Mgt is represented as different people on web, on Otc and in releases.

The same mgt of Kona inc is on both sides of the sale of Kona LLC for $200k restricted stock.

Price seems pretty low for brand, formulas, and opportunity.

The release further stated mgt will step down. After paying themselves? After moving to Bemax?

I did reach out to ask about this. No answer or response.
