And that is what’s happening. I have been studying the old YouTube videos of the various facilities and then I look at their financials and have to wonder who is taking care of their physical plants ? I’ll go back to the generator farm outside which appears untouched, unserviced, the grounds look neglected, so one has to question the status of the interior mechanical and electrical systems. It’s a substantial nut every month to maintain all that equipment and I don’t see it reflected in their operating costs, if one is to consider the insurance and utilities costs. It would be sad to see that gorgeous Iowa facility left in disrepair. Just compare the videos of Lacoste vs Iowa and the construction method and materials in Iowa are first class best practices industry standard. Lacoste is a wood interior from a hardware store

Bankruptcy very soon, in my opinion. When that happens, existing shareholders will be wiped out, “extinguished” as the bankruptcy likes to state it.
