Hey you think Roswell Park might be one of the cancer centers that starts trials in DC Direct?
Roswell park prides itself on having the newest and best treatments available.
Maybe that was a bargaining chip in that amazing deal
And I am betting that the trial wont have a control arm where patients dont receive dc direct
Study will compare dcdirect with 2 adjuvant and or 4 promising approved treatments to weigh efficacy
And for ignorant people that would insist on a placebo controlled randomized study..
Those controls are only needed when the drug your trying to approve has only marginal benefits above and beyond the poisonous chemotherapy that’s standard of care.
Since there’s been no new cancer treatments in last 30 years we know how long a lung bladder breast prostate cancer patient will survive according to the stage.
So obviously we wont need a control arm because we expect results to blow past the .05 statistical threshold to show efficacy.
Just so you know most big pharmas run drug trials with thousands of patients to prove a little benefit of there drug.
Some Cell therapy companies have proven efficacy with 30 to 100 patients because the treatment is so obvious.
Looking forward to Roswell Park announcing the start of Dcdirect trials without any placebo control
