Makes me wonder if there is anyone left in the “company” with the institutional knowledge of the operating systems (the physical plant) such as a licensed building engineer who is responsible for the operation of the building(s) in Iowa ?

With their depleted cash condition, I do not see how they are safely still operating and maintaining these facilities. Makes me wonder if their property insurance carrier realizes the dire straits these folks are in and the possibility that the building asset is or is not being maintained. The $4,000 left in their bank account is insufficient to pay for a single blower motor repair.

In my opinion, I would suggest that the owner of Vero Blue is going to get his building back or what’s his face financier is going to have to pay the remaining balance off.
