I can't tell by reading the PR if the Caisse d'Epargne e-payment service is possible as part of the existing client-side ETS (ETS Business/Professional Editions) or if it requires another ETS application not yet specified.

In any case, it raises the question of how ETS will be delivered to the TPM-enabled Euro consumer. At the present time we have the Intel D865GRH motherboard and the NSM SafeKeeper bundled with ETS. Will these TPMs find their way onto retail PCs soon? Will a TPM be offered on the NEC Packard Bell/Wave Secure PC? Will the Euro TPM consumer user buy ETS from Wave directly?
