ADAS COG was passed with p value under 0.025 as was CDR SB. Dr Jin stated the trial was successul, he has 24 years working as a stats lead with FDA on assessing AD trials.
This was before even the FDA guidance change in regards to ADL.
If Dr Jin thought another phase 3 was needed it would have started a long while back, instead they are applying to EMA.
