Yeah I think he gets a percentage plus a bonus of 20 million or some amount of shares for big contracts. Only issue with the share bonus now is he only has a little over 16 million shares available before exceeding the 1,250,000,000 authorized share count. But you can look up his bonus on the last quarterly on pages 26 - 27 I believe.
