What Dodgy Ron is not sharing is the financials of the Zanzibar Project, ASRE cannot undercut the per kWh price that Tanzania is supplying Zanzibar.

The Takeoff Agreement that Zanzibar would be looking at giving ASRE is most likely $0.025 - $0.03 per kWh which makes the project unfeasible for an Investor ROI. ASRE does not even have a Takeoff Agreement from Zanzibar.

And this is why no reputable funders, banks, private equity, and venture capital firms globally have invested into this Project as the math does not stack up and Dodgy Ron has therefore resorted to go begging to African Swindlers who have scammed him and his directors $2.5m Insurance Bond - NO $195m coming.

Who has ever heard of an African Financier funding a US Public Company, it is normally the other way around 😅🤣😂. Ron admit it, YOU HAVE BEEN SCAMMED.
