Straightword, yes you would be 100% correct IF the game were over and VP ultimately received no judgment amounting to billions of dollars. However, my friend, the game is still in play. And why should I be hurt by the truth? I stand on the truth. The truth is that VP is in a legal battle to receive justice for the infringement abuse they have suffered. The only question is, will they receive that justice? You say no. I say yes.
Time will tell, but my money is on VP's legal team and damage assessment experts, and of course on Judge Allbright to stand by the law. JMHO.
