I don’t think GHS has lost anything. Regardless, even if they did (which I very much doubt), GHS has never been allowed to “own” more than 4.99% of the OS.

Of course, they never really “owned” any SHMP shares, given GHS appears to be acting as a defacto broker/dealer.

BUT, there are probably other toxic financiers of SHMP that might be looking at losses.
