But the trial results were never really about the median in this trial… they were about the long tail.

The trial results were about PFS, the original primary endpoint. Changing it after you know it failed doesn't make it about something else to anyone but gullible shareholders. And changing the primary to OS and not being able to tell why there are a few that live longer proves nothing about DCVax ability to do anything.

The only way to prove a long tail is from the treatment is with a legitimate control arm, but they threw that away.
