August payment is not forgiven, there was just no payment scheduled for some reason. They still must pay the loan back in full. The 600k private placement they needed to make the payment in July means they are out of money completely.

The last 10q said their monthly expenses were just shy of 400k. They also need 1.4 million to pay on September 1st, that's how I got 1.8 million at the end of the month.

It would be 1 million shares plus 1 million warrants, and pre-split terms that's a total of 20 million shares.
