Not sure how you figure we need 1.8 million private placement for one month. August payment forgiven, and is now September payment. Then the money is gone.
As far as needing another private placement at this share value 1,000,000 shares would get you the 1.8 mil you stated. Which of course would still be disappointing.

Follow the Technicals, or be Fundamentally too late to the Party.
