There's another, more-probable scenario as well.
In all likelihood, ENZC was never legally owned by SAGA, so Harry Z gets to squirm his way out of this one, unless Kostiner stabs Harry in the back somehow (I don't think he can) and leaves ENZC frozen in a lawyer's wasteland. Lawyers won't sell an asset pending on the cheap, if they can bill $2 million.

It's more likely that ENZC gets out from under SAGA, as a non-owned, entity partner, but destitute and broke. This offers CCC 2 options, (1) regain voter control and just take it over, or, cut the same voting control deal with Harry, and Harry gets to keep his shares, make some money off of them finally, but gives up the company back over to CCC.

So, a total of 3 options this may go, and Kostiner still has another lawsuit pending against him from another party. If we could all (ENZC investors) get a class-action lawyer to pick it up for scale pay, and land one on Harry's head decisively, right now, he'd beg Charles to come get the thing.
I beleive Kostiner's actions, more than any others, may lead to Adnexus taking over ENZC and folding it in, making the ENZC name disappear forever.
