It was moving up fast. Was just released at the end of the day!! Tomorrow could be very interesting. This Atty in DC kinda surprise me and it's looking like something really serious is coming in or happening. There is no other reason this guy would give MCIC the time of day in my opinion. I don't think MCIC would have outlined a merger/acquisition plans using him in news like this today in "hopes" of getting a deal done.
