Perhaps he's helping a good friend out by selling him some shares before upside news.

Again, I'm still curious, in what way is he helping him out or doing him a favor by selling him shares at $0.38? He can buy shares on the open market whenever he wants. And currently, at $0.33. What is the "favor" portion of this?
