Missling said he was “not happy” about the SP at the last CC. So what does this “financial genius” do? As soon as the SP begins to recover, he files a stock shelf registration. All this guy seems adept at is raising money from sketchy sources, which could imply that he knows the likelihood of approval and revenue generation is still a long shot. His actions are not instilling confidence, as evidenced by today’s SP shaving.
