It might not be fresh but governance issue never get tired. They could change governance issues tomorrow but for some reason they constantly refuse to do so. Just having a fresh-independent set of eyes on the business to assure everything is on the up and up would be enough to lift the share price. And, yes, where is this new old guy's filings? He doesn't feel "Independent" to me.

Your post is correct but only half of the equation. For what other purpose are they forever gaslighting retail while running private CDMO's with tens of millions heading out the door for "services" that advance the Chinese owned "Facility" which is leased to the CEO CFO's Advent? Shady Shady.
