I'm certain that everyone is aware of the recent publicity associated with the Andrew Left case.The important point to note is that it's actually "Two Cases In One"! The SEC and the DoJ have joined forces to convict this alleged felon and in my view, that represents a high degree of certainty that a conviction will result and a conviction means a sentence of 25 years in Federal prison without the possibility of parole. That being said, my question for you is,"What do ypou think Left's attorney(s) will advise Left to do?" I believe that any attorney would recommend a "Plea Deal" AND I'll betcha that a plea deal is underway, as we speak.
Now think about the similarities of Left's social media charges and the alleged activities of AF!! Yes, you're right. AF's activities fit the Andrew Left template to a "T"!, especially, the market operations surrounding Northwest' May 10th, NYAS presentation, where, in 4 hours, Northwest shareholders lost nearly $1.5 billion in market cap.
So next question is,"What do you think is whirling through the minds of all those individuals, bankers, investment bankers and MM's that may have been involved in Left's schemes or other similar, illegal market operations?" I think they are thinking,"We are screwed, if Left 'Rolls Over on Us', which is exactly what the SEC and DOJ want them to think! You know what?? I can envision a line up at the front door of the FBI of the guilty predators looking for their "Plea Deal", can't you!!!!
People, little Northwest and their Cohen-Milstien lawsuit have created a "Cottage Industry" for all lawyers in America!!! And you know what else??, when RICO charges are involved, the guilty parties cannot reinvest their ill gotten gains!!! So the whereabouts of all the Wall Street, ill gotten gains must be determined and RETURNED. Oh Boy !!! This thing is bigger than MADOFF by a million times!!!
And you know what the best thing about all this besides the possible restitution for all investors that lost money, is the Citadels and Virtu's and their leaders, KG and DG were strutting around town with their nose up in the air have now become "THE SKUNK AT THE GARDEN PARTY"!!!!!on their way to a long stay in Federal prison !!!
