Let me help you out, BIEL has switched to Yearly Financial Reporting only. That is why they got moved from 'Pink Current Information' to 'Pink Limited Information' status on their OTC Markets Page a year ago.

BIEL did this to conserve financial resources, giving them time to turn the company around. There is no confirmation on that turn around yet but they are still in business and working toward that goal. Management has a strong incentive to make BIEL solvent as millions in loans they have made will never be repaid if BIEL closes their doors.
