Thanks for your information and that makes the most sense to me!

Not one of my doctors ever talks about Autophagy which I find as a big shortcoming.

BTW, I am now taking 1000 mg of Taurine to see if it helps. Not sure of how much to take, although it recommends 2x daily in between meals.

I'll let you know if I notice anything....regards, Steve
