I vote broker dealer & file the 211 as opposed to PAYING the "guys" at OTC Markets Group who already slapped him with shell risk because he didn't go out on a date/gang-bang thing with those "weird dudes". Funny they regulate the OTC Markets these days at their "own discretion at making key decisions" with a big fat ZERO over sight or check/balances on WTF they do.
