And by the way, Sarissa explicitly stated in their proxy filings that they can use shorting strategies with AMRN stock. So no, it's not some outlandish idea. They are also a hedge fund. This is what hedge funds do. They are not altruistic.

Oh, and no, they are not prohibited from shorting the stock (yet). And who's to say shorting the stock is not in our long-term best interest? I never said it wasn't going to turn out well. In fact, I have said that it allows them to buy back shares cheaper. That helps us.

I mean, you can't really believe that the stock going straight down since Sarissa got involved is just some sort of coincidence, can you? If they are as smart as you think, then why would they have bought a stock that was cratering? Is it possible that they manufactured a drop in the stock price to convince shareholders to vote for them?
