Agree. I was a regional Manager for a major Facilities corporation and I spent many days and nights south of Canal street! When EF Hutton was still active at 24 State street, the traders would take breaks on Bridge street and coke up! Of note, back then they still had bearer bonds. To access that floor one needed to be accompanied by two armed guards. All paper trash that was collected from that floor was stored in a vault for two weeks. Wet trash was also scrutinized.
