Not sure of what to think of this one guys, sounds like he's mentioning ENZC, but it's so vague it's not even funny.
And without knowing for certain, what the context was and who he's talking to and referring about, I can't be certain.
If he is talking about ENZC, he's not even hinting at doing anything about it, just what 'should happen'.

A blind reply like this could be anything. And when was the screenshot taken, that 18 hours ago in the image could be from any day.
