other than for an end point the FDA now say isn't required because it's too hard to show.



Actually, I believe Anavex has said that they deliberately used the odds ratio for that reason. They have never wavered in that, that I know of. The company is steadfast in saying that it hit all its endpoints. My understanding is that the odds ratio was in their statistical analysis plan. Do you have a link to something that I might have missed that says otherwise?
