To be clear … they have 4.8 billion shares that need to be absorbed into the market. 2.8 billion in series d and e shares and then the McRab equity financing (2 billion).

It can’t be absorbed here at .0003 so two things need to happen. TPT has to put up some decent progress in PRs (most likely ?) or do a small RS (less likely ?).

I’m guessing here but the bump in Os is most likely the series preferred share conversions. Someone wants their money. Most likely can only sell at certain times with approval of the company.
