25 billion shares outstanding is irrelevant. Valuation is relevant (Stock Market 101). If you have $1,000 to invest, would you rather own 1 share of O'Reilly Auto Parts or 5 million shares of BIEL, with their RecoveryRx selling at $250 each and likely getting government backed insurance coverage AND the Actipatch having Standard of Care potential? People invest based on valuation, not the number of shares outstanding. Also, the share float is much lower, as most current investors will not sell their shares. After becoming profitable, BIEL will likely initiate a share buyback, rather than reverse split.
