I hope Bruce is going with the private sector vs government. History says if you bring a revolutionary type technology to govt. they just steal it. Look up the Inslaw company and the first ever relational database software they created (revolutionary for it's time) called Promis. There's a docuseries on Netflix about it called The Octopus Murders. DOJ signed a contract to use the Promis software and they just refused payment after a while to force Inslaw into Chapter 11 bankruptcy and just stole the source code for themselves.
