Show me the clinical evidence that the ActiPatch reduces opioid use.

Don't show me a BIEL press release or a marketing piece from their website. Show me the clinical evidence.

Because that is what the CMS requires for the NOPAIN Act.

As of this writing, the CMS has approved only one device for the NOPAIN Act. If BIEL has clinical evidence, why is the ActiPatch not included? Does BIEL have this evidence but hasn't bothered showing it to the CMS yet? What is more important than NOPAIN Act inclusion? It should be BIEL's number one priority.

Their number two priority should be informing their shareholders what they are doing to get the device approved by the CMS for the NOPAIN Act.

BTW in addition to explaining what a "CHALLANGE" is, perhaps you could define these words?
