Your google search picked the wrong town.

Mashpee is nowhere near the beach.

The Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe would probably oppose building any new cell towers on conservation land which the town is surrounded by.

Now I explained my experience with cell phone service on the Cape and after one year I switched to Verizon after doing my research. I needed a dependable service while on vacation and I was quite pleased with VZ. Which also trades much higher than T and has a better divy.
