How can you claim that Lightwave Logic is intentionally trying to mislead investors based on speculations about the timing of technological developments and unrevised goals during the 2023 ASM? Can you provide concrete evidence that shows these issues are not simply the result of unforeseen challenges rather than a deliberate attempt to deceive?

How can you project LWLG's timeline and the progress of their commercialization when this information is not publicly known? Can you provide evidence of their current stage? Walter's post explains that commercialization is a comprehensive process involving more than just signing contracts.

The lack of goal revision during the 2023 ASM can be explained by ongoing developments and uncertainties in the industry. It does not automatically imply a deliberate attempt to withhold information or manipulate expectations. The delay in obtaining 200mm wafers could have had various reasons such as technological challenges or supplier issues, not necessarily a deliberate effort to mislead investors. It's possible that sampling occurred, over which LWLG had no control over timelines but supported in their project.

You do not deny that this could signify a collaboration, where the step of being mentioned on Polariton's website is a significant advancement? The revenue potential could be enormous, with a very high gross margin. How can you prove that this deal is still far off?
