I eschew Nigerian REITS. I dislike REITs in general. Butt if one feels compelled to dump shekels into an African REIT, stick to ones in Kenya or, oddly enough, Mozambique. Butt make shure they are commercial property REITS, and, in Mozambique, stocked high with properties near tourist areas by the beaches. Yes, in the past under Freddy FRELIMO, the beach hotels became delapidated. Butt now, a huge wave of Chinese retirees will be flocking to the best beaches in Africa - Mozambique. And with muco yuan/renmimbi on their credit/debit/social credit cards to spend. DO NOT invest in pizza joynts tho - Chinese are nott big cheese-eaters,

Still, huge risk and nott my cuppa Kenyan tea (which, I have been notified butt have no direct experience wiff, is also a good base tea for iced tea (with lemon, lime, and aspartame)).
