First of all, Missling has not made any "misssteps" that would draw the attention of the FDA, SEC or the DOJ.

Also, Missling did not "lose" the chairmanship, Jiong Ma was appointed to the chairman position to improve overall corporate supervision and IMO was done to placate private placement buyers. Remember they paid $21 per share.
