GSOK:
The KT Recovery Wave (250 hrs) sells well on Amazon and outsells Actipatch by a wide margin, even though the equivalent cost is $100 (720/250 x 35). Obviously people don't know they're the same (lack of marketing) or they think Actipatch is a cheap knock-off. The Assisi Loop ($329, but $2,000 equivalent when battery life is factored in) also sells well, so customers are willing to pay $99 - $2,000 (equivalent) and the sellers are more motivated to market and advertise the rip-offs with much higher profit margins. If Actipatch did not undercut the KT Wave, KT would probably still be a very happy customer and putting in large orders while heavily advertising the Wave.

Sanders backed up the conservative numbers he provided based on 100,000 sellers. There are currently millions of direct sellers in the US, surely many would be interested in adding Actipatch to their portfolio. Millions more people are looking for a side hustle, and they would certainly prefer to sell Actipatch, with a 100% profit margin, rather than drive for Uber, deliver for Grub Hub, wash dishes etc.

Regarding "people don't want to become shills for a medical device company". To the contrary, sellers can be proud knowing the product relieves people from their pain. Actipatch works very well for most people and they are grateful after trying it. The key is to get people to try it!

Regarding how sellers exploit the veterinary market: Satisfied customers with furry family will buy it for their pets also. It's not rocket science!

Regarding shipping costs: It only weighs two ounces, so shipping is cheap, which provides a huge advantage. Not sure why you argue otherwise.

A license or registration should not be necessary to sell Actipatch, otherwise sellers on Amazon, cashiers at CVS, etc., would need one. If something is required, then it could be sold as a "Wellness" product (not regulated).

If you have better ideas, do tell!
