No. But I would not expect to receive damages of $4-6B as Roman516 asserted in the post I was attempting to reply to asserted (I hate this shit where posts end up being posted as replies to the wrong post).

Is a showing of only 300k in damages enough to be allowed to proceed through to discovery? Does additional evidence exist somewhere, currently unavailable to plaintiff, that would support a calculation that exceeds 300k?


There may be more post discovery, May be less also. But we know it is nowhere near $1B total. We know the total number of shares that possible could have been sold into a spoofed price, a few hundred million. We know the range of the spoofing effect on price, a few cents, So maybe around $10M would be a cap and rediculously unlikely.
