Are you aware that all of BIEL's utility patents have expired?

Since BIEL has no patent-protected Intellectual Property, why would an entity buy this company " vis-a-vis The NOPAIN Act?"

FYI, the company recently applied for a new utility patent and the NOPAIN Act runs from 01/01/2025 through 12/31/2027. Are you saying that an entity would want to buyout BIEL because that new patent application might get approved before 12/31/2027? (a patent typically takes about 22 months to get approved.)
