I need to preface any sort of opinion with the weight of several billion shares coming in the next 6 months.

So let’s say the OS is 10 billion by end of year (S1, series E and D conversions, and lawsuit fine of up to $2 million)

Near term it doesn’t look good. Releasing Vume the real app may gain some traction.AND I think there would be a decent pop to this.

But let’s say they get on a path to 30 million revenues next year and has a growth of 10-20% in the following years (?), at a very minimalistic view… IF there is revenue growth I look at a maybe 2-3 X multiple to the P/S. But honestly hard to tell.

30 mil / 10 billion x 2 or 3 multiplier is about .006 to .009.

This does not take into account any FOMO run which absolutely could happen.

I would anticipate st3 wanting this to go much faster so anything is possible by end of year (including the dreaded RS).

At a 100-300 million market cap (someone has been touting) prior to uplist… that’s 1-3 cents at 10 billion OS
