That's awesome. What's the value to shareholders if the company goes private? Why do they need shareholders if they have hired a firm to find funding. Public companies at this stage normal fund through equity offerings, public and/or private. If this bottoms all the way to no bid on EM they will offer to buy you and all shareholders out for peanuts and since they probably hold a majority you will have 0 say in the matter. Sure, you could sue but it would cost you more than your shares are worth. Class action? If I had a dollar for every company that went private, screwing shareholders who claimed they would initiate a class action, but never did, I could retire. There are 0 guarantees what happens to this company once it hits EM. You can tout the value all you want but the bottom line is the share price at .0013 and probably heading lower. I may sell my freebies today and move it to crypto which seems to be picking up again. BTC up 10k in last 10 days. Good luck.
