We are tracking in Canada exactly how we are tracking in the U.S.:

U.S. = $200M annual revenue / 333 Million people = $0.60 per person per year

Canada = $18M annual revenue / 31 Million people = $0.58 per person per year

We can probably use these as rough proxies for other countries as well.

So for example, in Norway (which we discussed earlier), we could assume roughly $3-4M in full year revenue when normalized (5.4M people). $40M in UK, etc.

That's why Germany/Italy/France are so important. The three of those probably represent $120-130M in revenue combined.
