This study is inconclusive. The high variability makes that clear.

This outcome is not really surprising, it was a Pilot Study after all. I think there might have been an expectation for a signal to be be observable above the noise, but the population was just too small.

It would be interesting to see the details. Did any of the indications look better than the overall means that are reported? To your earlier point, the SofPulse study limited the indications.

If they do decide to publish, I can see the last line now "...inconclusive more research is needed".
