So (trying to put a positive spin on things), it is not necessarily a bad thing that VDRM has no inventory on the balance if the business plan is that Viaderma Distribution, Inc. handles that end of the business? I'd feel a little better about it if VD was a wholly owned subsidiary of VDRM and not privately held by the largest shareholder and insider of VDRM.
