Where are the sales? So what are you saying? That the MUNDIPHARMA deal is still in effect? Are you blaming this non event on the fact of the SACKLER family lawsuit? That is why this was a bust? Why are they suing them? Are they really thinking of suing Mundipharma, or is this just another way of pacifying investors because of how bad things are going for this company and management. Maybe this announcement of suing, was to buffer that Synergy deal that should have produced sales of 975,000 units by now. Seems like we have seen that 'carrot dangling' quite a few times with this management.
