I'm pretty sure that all of the mabs come with a blackbox warning that emphasizes the dangers of death due to brain bleeds, etc.

So, if the doctor is true to his/her hippocratic oath of "First, do no harm" to the patient, I would think that Blarcasamine - with its superior safety record - is an easy choice for the doctor to make.

And frankly, the liability issue would be hard to justify. Can you imagine the lawsuit(s) against the doctor (and the hospital) if the patient died of a brain bleed after prescribing a mab...when A2-73 was available?
