Can't believe I wasted 2 posts on you Lifetime - I won't be wasting anymore. It can be much easier to move the pps up for a stock with 25 billion shares outstanding - that has good news and great future prospects - especially one where you can buy 1 million shares for $200 (i.e. BIEL), than move a stock with 2 million O/S that has bad news and bleak future prospects. Case-in-point: BIEL hit .0088 a few years ago after announcing a relatively small contract.
