Since I only get 3 posts/day, I wasn't going to waste one on poster Lifetime, but it's late in the day, so...

The answer is the "valuation universe," as I already said. BIEL valuation could easily get to $250 million (.01/ share) in a few days with the right news. As long as buyers significantly outnumber sellers on any particular day, the pps will go up - simple supply/demand Business 101. Any investor on the planet can afford to buy a stock trading for less than a penny, so I wouldn't expect BIEL to have significant selling until .01. At that point, it would depend on the NPA prognosis to determine whether the valuation should be increased, maybe to $1 billion (.04/share).
