KCC, as much as I respect you for certain qualities, I don't respect the fact that you refuse to see the obvious reality that a company that intentionally misleads its investors by obfuscating the way things are in order to keep them on the hook is basically lying to the shareholders about where things really stand.

This has been and continues to be the modus operandi of this company. This is more than just painting a rosy picture: And they KNOW they can get away with it because the science is so complicated. They have known for years that they aren't anywhere close to meaningful commercialization but have intentionally led investors to believe otherwise.

I could list a dozen things, but I just listed the farce of ASM 2022 as a sickening example of it, but you continue to refuse to see it. And while some shareholders here probably recall ASM 2021 very fondly, it is obvious now in retrospect how intentionally deceptive it was: Dr Lebby wasn't being naive: He had a very clear objective: Get shareholders as excited as hell. It is almost a given that Marcelli put him up to that so they could uplist.

If you want to define "lie" so rigidly, fine but know when I'm being played and it feels the same as being lied to because it is the same thing.
