To understand why the stock price is low and not reflective of the company's higher intrinsic value one must understand supply and demand.

Clearly, if short sellers can "supply" a near infinite number of shares simply by printing them naked and not having to borrow them, the demand for an OTC penny stock can't keep up with such high supply.

That's why to change this equilibrium an act that forces short sellers out is required. I proposed a dividend or buy out, but I read here that the fall of Aspen may be that catalyst. Would love to learn more about that.
